Individuals who have completed an M.B.A. from a premier institute without significant direct business experience or with limited business experience may be recruited into the senior associate program. Our senior associates have backgrounds in a wide variety of disciplines, including the arts, commerce, engineering, law, medicine, science, architecture, geography, genetics, politics, and history. What they have in common are academic results in the top 5-10 percent of their year, work experience, and extracurricular activities that indicate drive and motivation, superior communication and problem solving skills, and the will to succeed.
