To submit your application, please apply on-line by uploading electronic copies of your resume and covering letter. Or if you are studying at an institute where we recruit, you can apply through your career center. Your application will be carefully considered and reviewed by the recruiting committee in the BCG office that receives it. We will acknowledge receipt of your application and inform you of its progress. Our interview process is very transparent. We arrange multiple case interviews so that several people from our firm can get to know you. Most of us completed four to six case interviews before joining BCG.
