Bonding with your case team is the foundation of daily life at BCG. Staff find that they develop the closest bonds within their Case team. Aside from the work, case teams gather for evening snacks, and also the more elaborate case team dinners and outings. After Hours
The social committee of BCG India takes its job very seriously, whether it is arranging a luncheon for new hire orientation or planning a midweek party and karaoke session. The Home Office Day takes place once every other month and it is the one day when, regardless of workloads and tight schedules, everyone gathers to catch up, share knowledge, undergo trainings, and, of course, party. Weekends and Outings
Go-kart excursions, amusement park outings, paintball and corporate football tournaments, and even the annual cricket match between “The Old Warhorses” and “The Young Turks” give our staff opportunities to have their share of fun. Our yearly weekend getaway is considered the “Great BCG India Outing.” All staff—across all positions and even offices—gather to socialize and have a good time.
