James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, an M.B.A. from Wharton, and an M.A. from John Hopkins University. "All of the world's resources are controlled by governments, corporations, or non-profits. The decisions they make in the allocation (and misallocation) of resources can make the difference between comfort and misery. The work we do at BCG within these three pillars is about helping these organizations make the right choices that directly, and indirectly, make the world a better place. I joined BCG's Toronto office as a consultant in 1994 after being a summer intern the year before. I transferred to India in 1998. Before I joined BCG, I spent a summer in Cambodia helping local non-profit organizations." |
