Kanchan joined BCG Mumbai in 2001 after completing her MBA at IIM, Calcutta and has worked across a variety of sectors since then.

When out of office, she continues to pursue her passion for philosophy by reading books and engaging in heated debates with friends. She also enjoys writing and is keen on teaching and intends to pursue that at some point in her career.
