BCG associates are typically graduate degree holders from the most reputed colleges and universities in India. Our associates come from a wide variety of backgrounds: engineering, medicine, law, pure sciences, economics, liberal arts, etc. What all of them have in common is a superlative academic record, usually in the top 5-10 percent of their year, and significant participation/proficiency in extracurricular activities that indicate skills in communication and team work. Associates are required to be proficient problem solvers who can communicate effectively.
